Resting with the Council to remember an Other way

Below you can listen to the rest practice, infused by the words of this council.
You may want to watch the workshop (from the 2022 Fates & Graces Mythologium) for some context, or if you simply want to rest, find a shape or position that feels comfortable and pleasurable, where you can lean back and engage in your relationship to rest for about 20 minutes.

We were inspired by one questions in particular that asked for mythological stories of rest that center BIPOC peoples. We will continue to pull the thread. For now…three ways:

1. A current mythological flowing river: https://www.girltrek.org
2. Rest and listen to the myths you carry
3. Listen to the mythological wisdom in song, prayer, and dance. (playlist coming)
