Terms & Conditions
FIRST TIME ORDERS:
All first time wholesale orders must make payment before we ship your items; shipping will be calculated at checkout.
You will be sent a PayPal invoice which will include total shipping cost. Once you have paid for your order, cards will ship between 2-3 business days.
RETURNING CUSTOMERS:
When you are re-ordering please fill out the wholesale order form. Returning customers (who have already paid with credit cards) may choose to pay via check or credit card. You will receive an invoice which will include shipping charges. Returning customers will have 30 days to make final payment.

CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Once an order is shipped it cannot be changed. If ordering more, then a new order will need to be created.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We accept payment through Paypal, Bitcoin, and checks. Checks are accepted after first order.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to ship. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. Customers have the added option to purchase insurance for the value of their shipment. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please open your box and inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. If there is anything missing or your package has been damaged, please contact Yantra Wisdom at chanti@yantrawisdom.com within 5 days of delivery.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
CONSIGNMENT:
At this time, we are not able to do consignment.
