The Art of Rest is much more than just a restorative yoga training, and Chanti is a fantastic facilitator! Not only did we learn how to safely guide folks in and out of restorative yoga postures, but we also learned a great deal about the nervous system in a creative and approachable way. This training opened my eyes to a new way of caring for my nervous system and sharing that approach with other practitioners. It also invited me to reflect on my own relationship with rest and how I can share rest with others beyond restorative asana. I feel incredibly grateful to have been a part of this training.
