Discover the art of observation and support through the practices of restorative yoga. This teacher training will provide you with the skills to integrate restorative yoga into your personal practice and teaching. Restorative yoga utilizes props to support the body; when the body is held in this way, it learns to release tension and rest, creating space for transformation.
This training will focus on exploring practices that support the body in moving into rest, including movement, breath awareness, mantra, and creativity. Participants will be introduced to the nervous system and learn about the origins of restorative yoga. They will also discover ways to incorporate these practices into their personal routines and unique teaching styles.
Additionally, participants will investigate their relationship to trust their intuition, alongside developing observational skills, to foster a collaborative environment for sharing these practices. Finally, time will be allocated for students to ask questions after the training, as inquiries often arise when integrating restorative yoga into personal practice or when sharing it with others.
Whether you are a yoga teacher, a healthcare professional, or a dedicated student, this training offers valuable insights and techniques that will enrich your practice and benefit those you teach.
