Mul-base, adhara-support. First Chakra 

Description: Survival center. Plain of judgment. Security. The seat of Kundalini Shakti, the basis from which the possibility if higher realization arises. It is the root of all growth and awareness of human divinity.

Our practice of Sacred Art painting will start  with a short meditation to set our practice intention for the time we have. Then we will engage in our creative process of chakra drawing & painting.

Learn the qualities and colors of the first chakra and use vedic mathematics to create your own unique mandala pattern around the first chakra.
